John is the Operations Manager of Nuvali, the Ayala Land development in Santa Rosa (a city south of Manila.) He explained the different environmentally friendly practices Nuvali is adapting like water conservation with their catchments, installing energy friendly bulbs, a forest buffer around the development, birds sanctuary, trees nursery, among others.
