Usec Campillo said that tourism is a much underrated revenue generator in this country. It's a lamentable fact that instead of the various government agencies undertaking infrastructure projects that would compliment each other and strengthen a money-making industry, they seem more interested in pushing their own agendas - and in the process lose sight of the whole picture and what's truly important.
